About the work from home job/internshipDay-to-Day Responsibilities for the Selected Intern:
Design, execute, and manage Instagram Ads campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
Work closely with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives specifically tailored for Instagram\'s platform and audience.
Conduct thorough audience research and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant and high-converting users.
Track and assess campaign performance metrics, offering actionable insights to optimize ad spending and maximize ROI.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Generate regular performance reports and provide recommendations for ongoing campaign improvement.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure Instagram ad campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies.Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, with extensive experience in Instagram Ads.
Deep understanding of Instagram\'s ad platform, including Stories, Carousel, and Reels ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Experience in creating social media content and a solid understanding of Instagram\'s visual-centric platform.
Expertise in A/B testing and optimizing ad campaigns for better performance. Excellent knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative optimization for Instagram.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing, with a specific focus on Instagram Ads.
