Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and a strong understanding of campaign management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to execute effective social media campaigns that align with our clients' goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written content) that is consistent with our clients' brand voice and style.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on results.
• Manage and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and ad creation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community for our clients.
• Conduct competitor analysis and research to inform social media strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.
