Job Title: Social Media Manager
Job Role:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement with the target audience. Key responsibilities include:
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) including posts, videos, and graphics.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with the audience on social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and foster relationships with followers.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to promote products or services and increase reach and engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversions) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay Updated: Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement new strategies to keep the company ahead in the digital landscape.
Work Experience Required:
• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing social media channels.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for each platform.
Skills Required:
• Content Creation: Strong writing and creative skills to develop compelling content.
• Community Management: Ability to engage effectively with followers and build relationships.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and metrics to measure performance and optimize strategies.

Academics Required:
