Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas and a solid understanding of content planning, video production basics, and campaign design to elevate our clients' brands. This role requires not only strategic thinking but also hands-on skills to shoot and produce engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop tailored content strategies and campaigns that align with each client's brand voice, target audience, and marketing goals.
• Creative Campaign Development: Generate innovative promotional ideas and write engaging scripts for reels, videos, and social media posts.
• Content Creation & Shooting: Plan and shoot content as needed, ensuring a basic level of video production quality; work with clients to capture footage that resonates with their brand.
• Graphics & Copywriting: Collaborate with designers to create visuals and graphics; write compelling captions, scripts, and other social media content.
• Trend Analysis & Adaptation: Stay updated on social media trends, industry changes, and competitor activity to optimize content strategy.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze content and campaign performance, using insights to improve engagement and strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring brand consistency, timely delivery, and alignment with client objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Beginner-level knowledge of video production, including filming basics and content setup.
• Strong creative skills, including the ability to develop scripts and campaign ideas.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects efficiently.
