Jijo Sengupta is an award-winning filmmaker, influencer, and educator, with a strong presence in the filmmaking and beauty industries. With extensive experience in film production, content creation, and education, Jijo also runs AAJ Film Academy, dedicated to teaching filmmaking to students and aspiring creators. We are seeking a dynamic Social Media & Marketing Manager to strategize and grow our presence across platforms, foster brand collaborations, and expand the Academy's reach in colleges and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy & Management
• Develop and execute creative content strategies to enhance Jijo Sengupta's and AAJ Film Academy's online presence.
• Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding, tone, and engagement.
• Collaborate with the production team to plan, create, and schedule content, including reels, posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Brand Partnerships & Collaborations
• Identify, pitch, and secure collaborations with brands, institutions, and organizations aligned with Jijo Sengupta values and audience.
• Negotiate and manage deals, ensuring mutual benefits and successful execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with PR teams, agencies, and brand representatives.
• Academy Growth & Outreach
• Design campaigns to promote AAJ Film Academy's workshops and courses in colleges, institutions, and online platforms.
• Organize and coordinate outreach efforts, including speaking engagements, partnerships, and events.
• Work with the founder to explore innovative ways to expand the Academy's influence and enrollment.
• Content Development
• Act as a creative liaison between the founder and the production team, brainstorming and implementing content ideas.
• Stay updated on trends in filmmaking, beauty, and influencer marketing to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Community Building
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a strong, interactive online community.
• Plan contests, collaborations, and interactive campaigns to boost community involvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in social media management, marketing, or influencer relations.
• Strong understanding of content creation processes and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of filmmaking, beauty, or education industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling software.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Mon-Fri 10 AM to 7 PM

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
