Profile Introduction:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. As a key member of the marketing team, you will help grow our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement across multiple social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and highly skilled in social media marketing trends, content creation, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals, target audience, and overall marketing objectives.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging, original content (including images, videos, and copy) for various social platforms. Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other teams to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand.
• Community Management: Build and maintain an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster brand loyalty and customer engagement.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms, ensuring they meet performance goals such as brand awareness, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on key social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, traffic, conversions). Use data and insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.
• Trends & Innovation: Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices. Propose new ideas and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media channels consistently reflect the company's voice, tone, and visual identity, maintaining a cohesive presence across platforms.
Profile Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Proficient in using content creation tools and social media scheduling tools.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Sprout Social) and ability to interpret data to optimize strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, engaging content.
• A keen eye for design and an understanding of social media trends, memes, and viral content.
