Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, located in Jaipur. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media campaigns that align with Lagavi\'s brand values, engaging with consumers on social media, collaborating with the design and content teams, and reporting on social media metrics. Strategy development : Developing strategy and campaigns for marketing activities and social media and their analysis. This involves understanding the market and target audience and choosing appropriate platforms and content types. Community engagement : Building and maintaining a strong community is crucial. Interacting with the audience and performing daily engagement activities. Analytics and reporting : Monitoring social media and marketing activities to track the performance of campaigns is essential. Using tools to measure engagement, reach and other relevant metrics, providing insights to improve strategies over time. Stay informed about trends : They must stay updated on industry trends, platform features, algorithm changes and emerging technologies in social media marketing to adapt strategies accordingly. Brand advocacy : Encouraging brand advocacy through user-generated content and other engagement strategies helps build a positive image and increase brand loyalty. Paid advertising : In some cases, the role involves being a part of paid advertising campaigns, including targeting and performance analysis. Collaboration : Working closely with other team members and initiating collaboration with brands/ people who can be cohesive to the brand image across all marketing channels. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in developing and executing content strategies for social media Digital Marketing skills Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a team Strong analytical skills Experience with Google Analytics is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Experience in the design industry is a plus
