Job Description

The Social Media Executive/Manager is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase online presence, engage with the target audience, and promote the company's brand, products, or services. This role involves creating content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends to maximize the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content.
• Write and edit posts, ensuring content is consistent with the brand's voice and message.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and update social media accounts daily, ensuring timely posts and interactions.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
• Track and report on the performance of campaigns, using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data to achieve maximum ROI.

Community Engagement

• Build and nurture relationships with online communities and influencers.
• Engage with followers to foster a strong community around the brand.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Analytics and Reporting

• Analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
• Prepare and present reports on social media performance, including insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, PR, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
