: Social Media Marketing Manager ( Experience : 2-4 years)

Company Overview: Surgio Brands Private Limited is a startup looking to build global D2C brands within the fashion and lifestyle sector. It has launched a mens casual wear brand PERCH in the premium category. Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi

Key responsibilities of the Role:

1. Content management for Social Media Channels:

Develop engaging, high-quality content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin.

Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Schedule and post content consistently, using social media management tools to optimize reach and engagement.

Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and provide insights to refine our content strategy.

2. Creating and Editing Photos & Videos:

Assist in planning and executing photoshoots and video shoots for our product line and marketing campaigns.

Edit photos and videos to ensure they align with our brand aesthetics and meet marketing goals. Editing creatives for performance marketing team/agency. Managing creatives on website & marketplaces.

3. Influencer marketing: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create authentic and compelling visual content.

4. Analysis of performance marketing campaigns: Anlayse, audit and optimize the campaigns run by agency/internal teams. Majorly coordination is required but you may run the campaigns also, if required.

5. Growth/Management of website & marketplaces: Undertake growth initiatives to optimize sales & conversion across all channels and run offers.

Qualifications:

Completed bachelors or masters in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fashion, Communication, or a related field.

Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with social media platforms.

Basic knowledge of web development tools and content management systems (Shopify) is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
