Role and Responsibilities: As a Social Media Marketer specialized in content creation at Milova Private Limited, you will be a key player in our clients\' digital marketing success. Your role will involve:

• Content Strategy: Developing and executing social media content strategies aligned with client objectives and brand identities.
• Content Creation: Creating engaging and visually appealing social media content, including graphics, images, videos, and written posts.
• Platform Management: Managing and optimizing social media accounts on various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Audience Engagement: Monitoring and engaging with audiences through comments, messages, and responses to foster community and build relationships.
• Performance Analytics: Tracking and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Trend Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our clients at the forefront of social media marketing.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborating with clients to understand their goals, gather feedback, and provide insights for campaign refinement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is advantageous.
