Job Description

We are seeking a proactive

Marketing Intern

to support and manage the social media presence, business development activities, and client relationship efforts across three entities. The intern will work directly with the founding team and gain hands-on exposure to marketing strategy in the professional services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

Manage and grow presence across

LinkedIn

,

WhatsApp Business

, and other relevant platforms Draft and schedule posts, design creatives using tools like Canva Coordinate with internal teams to curate content on firm updates, client success stories, and thought leadership

2. Business Development Support

Assist in identifying potential clients or referral partners Support outreach campaigns and follow-ups Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems

3. Client Relationship Management

Coordinate meetings and visits with existing clients and prospects Represent the firm professionally during client interactions and events Support post-meeting follow-ups and feedback collection

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with LinkedIn, WhatsApp Marketing, Canva, Google Sheets/Docs Proactive, organized, and eager to learn Willingness to travel locally for meetings (if needed)
