About Sonal Kabra Design Studio

Sonal Kabra graduated in apparel design and merchandising from NID (National Institute of Design - Ahmedabad) in 2009 and went on to become the youngest Indian to win a scholarship at Politecnico di Milano, Italy for a master\'s in strategic design. Her flair for design and passion for creating clothes gave birth to her eponymous label in the summer of 2011.

In 2012, she was shortlisted among the top 50 entrepreneurs at Power of Ideas organized by IIM-Ahmedabad in association with the Economic Times for her business idea with a strong social cause. Sonal strongly believes that fashion should have a social vision. If the process of creating beautiful clothes can bring some difference in the lives of talented craftsmen by creating employment and helping them preserve their skills, that\'s an achievement.

About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
2. Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including designing, production, and admin team
3. Collect customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
4. Grow and expand company\'s social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
5. Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web pages, blog content, or social media messages
