About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the development and implementation of social media strategies aligned with brand goals and objectives
2. Collaborating with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, and videos
3. Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers to build a strong online community
4. Helping in identifying and engaging with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility
5. Assisting in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote product launches, special offers, and brand initiatives
6. Helping track and analyze social media performance, audience growth, engagement metrics, and ROI, and preparing regular reports
7. Staying updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and assisting in implementing innovative strategies to keep the brand ahead of social media trends
8. Assisting in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns to increase reach and conversions

Other requirements
1. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or communications; candidates from a design institute such as NID (National Institute of Design) or NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) will be given first preference
2. Interest in skincare and beauty, with a willingness to learn about industry trends and products
3. Good understanding of social media platforms with some awareness of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and original content
6. Ability to work independently and coordinate with external agencies
7. Languages - English (mandate), Hindi/Gujarati (preferred)
