Position Overview

Arete IT Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for creating engaging content. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing within a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop, write, and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing and scheduling posts across all social media channels to ensure consistent and timely updates.
• Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Analytics: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or other relevant platforms. Provide insights and recommendations based on data.
• Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
• Influencer Marketing: Work closely with our marketing team to help us finding the right influencers for the client / project.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and metrics.
• Creative thinking and a good eye for design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience: Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
