Responsibilities
1. Content Creation:
• Draft and schedule social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Assist in designing graphics or editing videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
• Write engaging captions that align with the brand's voice.
2. Community Engagement:
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Engage with followers to foster a sense of community.
• Identify potential collaborations or influencers to partner with.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as likes, shares, and reach.
• Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes.
4. Campaign Support:
• Assist in brainstorming and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Manage social media calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
5. Research:
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and emerging platforms.
• Study audience behavior and recommend strategies to increase engagement.
