  • Social Media Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Katyals Couture\'s brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly social media plans encompassing content themes, promotional campaigns, and engagement tactics across relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter).
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging social media technologies.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Curate and create visually appealing, engaging content (including images, videos, stories, and captions) that showcases Katyals Couture\'s products, brand values, and lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and quality in all social media content.
  • Schedule and publish content across various social media channels, optimizing posting times and frequency to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Community Engagement and Customer Relations:
  • Foster a vibrant and loyal community of followers by actively engaging with audiences through comments, messages, and user-generated content.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints on social media platforms, demonstrating excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Cultivate brand advocacy by identifying and nurturing relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and satisfied customers.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analytics:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rate, click-through rate, and conversion metrics.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Generate regular reports summarizing social media metrics, trends, and actionable insights for management review and strategic decision-making.
  • Paid Social Advertising:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., sponsored posts, carousel ads, retargeting campaigns) to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions.
  • Define target audience segments, set campaign objectives, and allocate budgets effectively to achieve desired outcomes within cost-efficient parameters.
  • Monitor ad performance, conduct A/B testing, and adjust ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to improve campaign ROI.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations:
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with relevant social media influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to amplify Katyals Couture\'s reach and credibility.
  • Coordinate sponsored content collaborations, product placements, and influencer events to generate buzz and drive engagement.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities based on alignment with brand values, audience demographics, and potential for mutual benefit.
  • Innovation and Trend Forecasting:
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, features, and best practices, experimenting with new content formats, engagement techniques, and platform functionalities.
  • Innovate and adapt social media strategies to capitalize on current events, seasonal trends, and cultural moments relevant to Katyals Couture\'s target audience.
  • Proactively explore opportunities for integrating emerging technologies (e.g., AR filters, shoppable posts) and social commerce features into the social media marketing mix.
