Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating, editing, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop new ideas for engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts
• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and promotions
• Monitor social media accounts for engagement, mentions, and messages, and respond to followers promptly
• Track performance of social media posts and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Research current trends and emerging topics relevant to the brand and audience
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and adapt visual content
• Stay up-to-date on social media best practices, tools, and emerging platforms
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, including their tools and functionalities
• Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and an understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics)
• Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for digital marketing and staying updated with the latest trends
• Prior experience with social media marketing (even on a personal project) is a plus but not required
