Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and sustainability. The intern will assist in developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and original content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), including posts, stories, and videos.
• Social Media Management: Help manage and update our social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote our solar projects, services, and sustainability initiatives.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community to build relationships and foster engagement.
• Analytics: Track and analyse social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide suggestions for enhancing our social media strategy.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing team on various projects, including graphic design, email marketing, and content writing.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree with course in Digital Marketing
• Experience: Previous experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools, basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking and an eye for detail in visual and written content.
• Passion: A genuine interest in social media, digital marketing, and sustainability.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative on individual projects.
