Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and schedule content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools to identify trends and insights.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform social media strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
• Assist in planning and executing social media contests, giveaways, and other interactive campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
