Job Title: Marketing Intern (Research Focus)

Location: Delhi

Reports to: Founder

Introduction:

As a Marketing Intern (Research Focus), you will work closely with the co-founder to conduct market research and analysis to support our company's marketing initiatives. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

? Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the industry.

? Analyze competitor strategies, products, and marketing tactics to identify areas for differentiation and improvement.

? Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns based on research findings.

? Collect and analyze customer feedback and data to inform marketing decisions.

? Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

? Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and materials for various marketing channels.

? Support the co-founder in strategic decision-making by providing valuable insights and

recommendations based on research findings.

? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our marketing strategies remain relevant and effective.

Requirements:

? Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

? Excellent research skills, including proficiency in gathering and analyzing information from

multiple sources.

? Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data collection and analysis.

? Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with market

research tools and techniques is a plus.

? Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
