Key Responsibilities
1. Property-Specific Content Creation
• Develop engaging content that highlights property listings, amenities, locations, and USPs.
• Create virtual tours, drone videos, and high-quality images for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Showcase market trends, property tips, and buyer success stories to build trust.
2. Social Media Strategy Development
• Plan and execute campaigns targeting specific buyer demographics.
• Develop platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn (commercial properties), Instagram (visual storytelling), and Facebook (local community engagement).
3. Campaign Management
• Launch paid advertising campaigns for property promotions, including geo-targeted ads.
• Manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage interested leads.
4. Lead Generation and Nurturing
• Drive inquiries through lead generation forms and call-to-actions (CTAs).
• Use chatbots or direct messaging for instant customer engagement and follow-ups.
5. Community Engagement
• Build a strong online presence by engaging with comments, queries, and messages.
