  • Office Timings: 7 pm to 4:30 am (IST) November to March. Five days week.
  • 6 pm to 3:30 am (IST) mid-November to mid- March
  • Holidays/Vacations: Holidays will be given based on the Canadian calendar*. In addition, they will receive one (1) holiday based on their religious choices, such as Diwali or Eid. Some of these holiday days/dates may change from year to year. Most of these holidays may result into long weekends.
  • No statutory holidays based on Indian Calendar will be given.
  • December 31st shall be observed as a holiday.
  • There will be additional 18 vacation days permitted every year.
  • Gratuity will be paid as per rules.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
  • Create, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive online engagement.
  • Utilize a mix of channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Oversee the company\'s presence on various social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content across digital channels.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • SEO and SEM:
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 40,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month Benefits:
