Office Timings: 7 pm to 4:30 am (IST) November to March. Five days week.

Holidays/Vacations: Holidays will be given based on the Canadian calendar*. In addition, they will receive one (1) holiday based on their religious choices, such as Diwali or Eid. Some of these holiday days/dates may change from year to year. Most of these holidays may result into long weekends.
No statutory holidays based on Indian Calendar will be given.
December 31st shall be observed as a holiday.
There will be additional 18 vacation days permitted every year.
Gratuity will be paid as per rules.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
Create, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive online engagement.
Utilize a mix of channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Social Media Management:
Oversee the company\'s presence on various social media platforms.
Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Content Creation and Management:
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content across digital channels.
Manage the content calendar and ensure consistency in messaging.
SEO and SEM:
Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Budget Management:
Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
