Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive with expertise in photo and video creation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms. This individual will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation:
• Develop visually compelling content, including photos, videos, and graphics, for social media channels.
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
• Schedule, post, and monitor content, ensuring consistency in voice and tone across all platforms.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community.
• Photo and Videography:
• Plan and conduct photoshoots and video shoots for marketing purposes.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos using industry-standard software.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in visual storytelling and incorporate them into campaigns.
• Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement social media strategies.
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to drive engagement and reach target audiences.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding.
• Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Basic understanding of SEO and paid social media advertising is a plus.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing and content creation.
