: Social Media Marketing Executive & Graphics Designer

Location: My Home Hub, Madhapur, HITEC City, Hyderabad

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive with graphic design expertise to manage our social media platforms and create compelling visual content. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, an understanding of marketing strategies, and experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Design high-quality logos, flyers, event creatives, cover sheets, and marketing materials tailored to the real estate sector.
• Create and manage web pages and ensure they align with brand guidelines.
• Design engaging social media posts, infographics, and banners to drive audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align content with SEO and marketing trends.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in social media marketing and graphic design, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and social media campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi and Telugu is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.
