Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive (SMM)

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Executive with a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive online growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand voice.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos.
• Community Engagement:
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online conversations.
• Foster a sense of community and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
• Monitor and analyze social media sentiment and feedback.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize results.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather relevant content and ensure consistent messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in social media marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
