• Collaborate with other marketing teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing goals.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and ad optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Creativity, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising is a plus.
