As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team and enhance our online presence.

As a Social Media Marketing Executive at Anmol Baby, you will be responsible for creating and managing content across various social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram. Your role will involve:

- Content Creation:
- Filming and producing engaging content for Instagram Reels.
- Editing video and picture content for Reels, Stories, and posts.
- Developing visually appealing and on-brand content for LinkedIn and other platforms as required.

- Content Management:
- Managing and coordinating with content creators.
- Reaching out to influencers and creators for collaborations.

- Organic Content Marketing:
- Driving inbound organic content marketing strategies.
- Managing content distribution on Instagram, WhatsApp, email marketing campaigns, and YouTube Shorts.
- Creating and managing content for LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative social media campaigns that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with new features and algorithm changes.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategies for maximum engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- ?Engage with our community offline at events, collect data and communicate with them in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- Some internship experience in Social Media Marketing or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp Marketing, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge working with content creators and influencers.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
