: We are seeking an experienced SMM Executive to manage our social media channels and ensure our brand voice is clear and compelling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and consistent content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor and respond to user engagement and interactions to maintain brand presence.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports to optimize content strategy.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing multimedia content.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
• Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Experience : 1- 2 years in social media marketing
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong knowledge of social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Experience in running paid social media campaigns.
• Creative Skills :
• Excellent writing and editing skills for creating engaging content.
• Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
