We are seeking a skilled Social Media Executive who will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. You will collaborate with different departments to create innovative social campaigns and monitor ongoing performance to optimize our social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create engaging, relevant, and creative content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and successful campaign launches.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
• Strong knowledge of social media tools, trends, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce original and engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing software is a plus.
