To further our mission, we are looking for a passionate and talented Social Media Marketing Executive with basic photography and videography skills to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:

l Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.

l Create and maintain a social media calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

Content Creation:

l Create engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, infographics, etc.) for various social media platforms.

l Use basic photography and videography skills to capture high-quality images and videos for social media use.

l Edit and enhance photos and videos to align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.

Community Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.

Foster and grow community engagement through interactive posts, stories, and live sessions.

Events & Webinars:

l Promote company events and webinars through social media channels.

l Create pre-event and post-event content, including live streaming and real-time updates during events.

l Collaborate with the events team to ensure cohesive promotion and coverage

Thought Leadership:

l Brainstorm and create content for key company stakeholders, positioning them as a thought leader in their respective domain.

l Manage Linkedin profiles of relevant stakeholders.

l Develop and share thought leadership content that positions the company as an industry leader.

l Collaborate with internal experts to create articles, blog posts, and other content that showcases industry insights and expertise.

Internal & External Newsletters:

l Create and manage the content for internal and external newsletters.

l Ensure that newsletters are engaging, informative, and aligned with the company's branding and messaging.

Internal Marketing & Branding Activities:

l Support internal marketing initiatives and branding activities.

l Create content to promote internal programs, employee achievements, and company culture.

Analytics & Reporting:

l Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

l Provide regular reports on social media activities and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

Collaboration:

l Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns.

l Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to create cohesive and compelling content.

Trends & Innovation:

l Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

l Experiment with new content formats and strategies to enhance social media engagement.

Qualifications:

l 2-4 years of relevant experience

l Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

l Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.

l Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).

l Basic photography and videography skills with experience in using editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

l Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

l Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
