We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing (SMM), email marketing, and content writing. The ideal candidate should be a good English speaker, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate an ability to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media and blog posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Write compelling email marketing copy, design eye-catching email templates, and manage email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Monitor social media accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and insights for optimization.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a loyal online community through effective communication strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media tools to enhance our marketing strategies.
• Assist in creating content calendars, project timelines, and comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our social media and content strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance and actionable insights for the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, email marketing, and content creator, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
• Strong command of English, with excellent writing and editing skills; able to craft engaging content that adheres to brand standards.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo) and best practices for campaign execution.
• Strong creative and analytical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and collaborative team player with a passion for digital marketing and content creation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in running paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
