Job Description

Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's

goals and objectives.

• Identify target audiences and tailor content to effectively reach and engage with

them.

• Research industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

• Generate high-quality and engaging content for all social media platforms, including

text posts, images, videos, and infographics.

• Curate user-generated content and leverage it to enhance brand credibility and

community engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to develop

cohesive and compelling content.

Community

Management

• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond

promptly and professionally.

• Foster positive interactions with followers and address any inquiries, complaints, or

concerns in a timely manner.

• Cultivate and nurture online communities by fostering meaningful conversations and

building relationships with followers.

Analytics and

Performance

Tracking

• Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key metrics, such as

engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

• Generate regular reports to assess the performance of social media efforts and

identify areas for improvement.

• Use insights to optimize content strategy, posting schedules, and ad targeting for

maximum impact and ROI.

Representation

and Voice

Management

• Understand the founder's personal brand and voice, and effectively represent them

on social media platforms.

• Maintain consistency in messaging and tone across all social media channels to

reinforce brand identity and values.

• Collaborate with the founder to develop content that resonates with their target

audience and aligns with their personal brand.

Campaign

Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive brand

awareness, engagement, and conversions.

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, messaging, and budgets as

needed to achieve campaign objectives.

• Stay updated on emerging advertising trends and best practices to ensure campaigns

are innovative and effective.

• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform

updates.

• Research and test new features and functionalities on social media platforms to

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and

customer support, to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.

• Provide social media support for integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives,

ensuring consistency and synergy across channels.

Crisis

• Monitor social media channels for any potential crises or reputational risks, and

escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders as needed.

• Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively address and mitigate

negative feedback or incidents on social media.

Stay Compliant

with Legal and

Regulatory

Requirements

• Ensure all social media activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and

industry guidelines, including data privacy and advertising standards.

• Stay updated on changes in social media policies and regulations, and

implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.

• Participate in the development of annual marketing strategies.
• Choose the best advertising channels for different marketing projects.
• Leverage insights, noteworthy social media activities and press events knowledge to incorporate into the on-going social media content calendar.
• Determine project priority and participate in the creation of marketing collateral.
• Improve existing marketing strategies by tracking KPIs and adjusting departmental processes accordingly.
• Create or assign someone to create supporting documentation for strategy implementation.
• Develop a success - tracking system.
• Analyse reports from lower-level Managers and present them to the Marketing Head.
• Manage all forums for program/product development to ensure that programs meet brand's strategic and financial objectives.
• Manage the deployment of paid media campaigns/digital innovations to accelerate digital execution.
• Partner with local interactive agencies, retailers and affiliates to deploy innovations for digital marketing campaigns.
• Motivate the sales team to hit and exceed their targets and ensure company profitability.
• Meet company directors who advise on strategy and find out about any local issues and future trends.
• Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records.
• Source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
