The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to promote our web series.- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies.- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media efforts are cutting-edge.- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance and ROI.**Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within the entertainment industry.- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).- Creative mindset with the ability to produce eye-catching visuals and engaging content.- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.**Preferred Qualifications:**- Experience with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.- Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.**Srew Consultancy is an equal opportunity employer.
