Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Content Development
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Develop content calendars to plan and schedule posts.
• Social Media Strategy
• Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with business objectives and targets specific audiences.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Community Engagement
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback.
• Respond promptly to messages and engage with the audience to foster a community around the brand.
• Analytics and Reporting
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to measure the success of campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports summarizing insights and recommendations based on social media performance.
• Brand Management
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain the brand's voice and tone in all communications.
• Paid Advertising
• Plan, create, and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and audience targeting.
• Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Trend Monitoring
• Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant.
• Identify and leverage emerging trends to enhance content and engagement.
• Collaboration
• Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, customer service, product development) to ensure cohesive messaging and strategies.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.
• Influencer Partnerships
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
• Manage influencer campaigns, including negotiation and relationship building.
• Crisis Management
• Develop a crisis management plan for addressing negative comments or PR issues.
• Respond swiftly and appropriately to any social media crises.
• Campaign Development
• Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns to promote new products, services, or events.
• Analyze post-campaign performance to inform future strategies.
• Customer Feedback and Insights
• Collect and analyze customer feedback from social media interactions to guide product improvements and marketing strategies.
• Use social listening tools to gain insights into customer sentiment and preferences.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Creativity and a keen eye for design and branding.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
