We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Management Executive to join our team and oversee all aspects of lead management. As the Lead Management Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing lead generation activities while providing exceptional support to potential and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Actively engage in lead generation activities, identify potential customers, and build a strong pipeline of leads.
2. Lead Qualification: Thoroughly evaluate leads to assess their suitability and potential value to the company, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
3. Client Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with leads through emails, phone calls, and other channels, providing product information and addressing their queries promptly.
4. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team, offering support and relevant data to enhance the conversion of leads into customers.
5. CRM Management: Update and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate lead data and activities, ensuring it reflects real-time progress.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on lead management performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to optimize lead generation strategies.
7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance lead generation efforts.
8. Customer Satisfaction: Strive to maintain high customer satisfaction levels by ensuring leads receive excellent support throughout their journey.
9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to achieve common business objectives.
10. Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in lead management processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience in lead generation and management, preferably in a similar industry or e-commerce environment.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with leads and internal teams.
3. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify potential issues and devise appropriate solutions.
4. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant lead management tools.

6. Result-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding lead conversion targets and other performance metrics.
7. Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients and foster long-lasting relationships.
8. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and implement new strategies accordingly.
9. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
