Urgently Required Male and Female candidate Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and engage with our audience.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed based on performance data.
- Manage and oversee social media content.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Provide constructive feedback and insights to the marketing team.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Graphic design skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
