About Us: An Australian-based migration company is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team remotely. You\'ll play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and supporting our marketing efforts, all while working from the comfort of your home. : As a Social Media Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
- Create engaging content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency
- Track and report on social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Work from home
- Day shift
- Commission pay
