Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our real estate team and manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media strategies tailored to real estate, experience in engaging diverse audiences, and the ability to create compelling content that highlights our properties, services, and brand. This role requires a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for real estate and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Management:

Develop and execute a social media content calendar to align with real estate marketing goals.

Create engaging, high-quality content including photos, videos, stories, and text posts highlighting listings, virtual tours, client testimonials, and industry news.

Write and edit compelling copy that reflects the brand's tone and speaks to target buyers, sellers, and investors.

2. Social Media Strategy & Execution:

Build and manage social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Plan and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.

Research and analyze social media trends, best practices, and competitors to improve overall strategy.

3. Community Engagement:

Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

Foster a positive online community by interacting with potential clients, partners, and influencers.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and lead follow-up.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, leads).

Analyze performance data to optimize future campaigns and content.

Provide regular reports on social media activities and ROI to management.

5. Advertising and Paid Campaigns:

Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, targeting key demographics.

Work with marketing team members to develop ad creatives and optimize budget allocation.

Measure ad performance and adjust campaigns as needed to meet conversion and engagement goals.

6. Brand Consistency and Compliance:

Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand's image, voice, and style guidelines.

Stay updated on real estate compliance and ethical guidelines for social media marketing.

Qualifications:

12th Pass degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in real estate or related industries.

Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).

Strong visual eye and experience in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with video creation, reels, and live streaming.

Knowledge of CRM software and email marketing.

Familiarity with real estate industry terms and processes.
