Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Executive who can focus on content creation. The role involves planning, writing, posting, and tracking content across different social media platforms. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to keep the brand active and engaging online.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Write creative captions, posts, and social media copies in line with the brand. Use basic design tools (like Canva) or coordinate with designers for creatives. Schedule posts and reels on social media platforms. Respond to comments and messages using a friendly, brand-approved tone. Track the performance of posts (likes, shares, comments, reach). Suggest ideas to improve content engagement and reach. Coordinate with internal teams for content approvals and timelines.

Qualities We Are Looking For:

Creative thinker with a good sense of brand language. Strong writing skills in English (Hindi is a plus). Organized and good at managing timelines. Eager to learn and keep up with social media trends. Team player with good communication skills.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Comfortable using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar. Graduation in any field (Marketing, Mass Comm, or related preferred).
