Job Summary :
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media, Marketing, and Communications Executive to develop and manage our brand's digital presence and communication strategies. This role involves creating engaging content, fostering brand awareness, and supporting sales efforts through targeted online campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Social Media Management :
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with brand goals and voice.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions, fostering community engagement.
2. Content Creation :
- Craft high-quality, visually appealing posts, stories, and videos.
- Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly copy for social media posts, website content, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to produce creative assets.
3. Brand Communication :
- Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and style across all channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers relevant to our industry.
4. Campaign Management :
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Analytics and Reporting :
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
- Recommend strategies based on data insights to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Freshers or 2-3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of trends in the engineering or manufacturing sectors (preferred but not essential).
