Prior to the global lock-down, consumers were gradually progressing towards their preferred online shopping platform. However, the occurrence of COVID-19 accelerated the pace of online shopping. Today consumers are looking to buy quality products at a reasonable price without having to set foot in the physical stores.The founders of Lobo Worldwide Inc. are three women entrepreneurs who researched the global market via different social media as well as numerous online platforms. They noted three major customer complaints: * Inconsistent product quality,

  • Assist in developing and executing social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and more.
  • Generate engaging content ideas and create compelling posts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize social media profiles to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute email marketing campaigns that drive traffic and boost conversion rates.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insightful recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive online community.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Perform data entries for purchases, sales and others accounts
  • Mapping transactions to the respective expenses incurred by the business
  • Participate in month-end and year-end reconciliation process and reports
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for fulfillment on a daily, weekly and monthly and yearly basis.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant or Social Media role, ideally within the Internet industry. Fresher and women who had a break in their career is encouraged and welcomed.
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
