Responsibilities:
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that are in line with organizational goals, utilizing various online channels including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Content Creation: Produce compelling and high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, email campaigns, and other digital assets that resonate with our target audience.
• Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for our social media channels. Plan, create, schedule, and analyze social media posts to foster engagement and build a strong online community.
• Video Editing: Utilize your video editing skills to create, edit, and optimize video content for various digital platforms, ensuring informative and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's message.
• Graphic Design: Apply your graphic design expertise using software such as Photoshop to craft eye-catching posters, infographics, and other visual content that supports marketing campaigns and elevates brand recognition.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize digital content for search engines and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and assessing campaign effectiveness.
• Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, identifying trends and optimizing campaigns for maximum return on investment.
• Market Research: Stay current with industry trends and conduct research to identify new opportunities and emerging digital marketing technologies or strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation, video editing, and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software, graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop), and experience in creating multimedia content.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct in-depth market research and apply insights to digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
