Job Title: Social Media Marketing

Qualification: Any Graduation

Years of Experience: 1yr - 2yr

Salary Package: 2.2LPA + (Negotiable)

Required Skills:

? Social media savvy, passionate about trends.

? Proficient in content creation and design.

? Creative, imaginative, and innovative.

? Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices

? Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

? Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,

LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, WhatsApp).

? Plan, schedule, and publish content that aligns with the brand& voice and goals.

? Design visually appealing posts, infographics, and stories using tools like Canva,

Photoshop, or similar.

? Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and posts.

? Design and execute targeted email campaigns (eg. Mailchimp/ Brevo )

? Develop and execute social media strategies

? Run social media Ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin.

? Track performance and provide insights for improvement
