Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored social media strategies that align with their brand and target audience.
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Run paid social media campaigns and monitor their performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media accounts for multiple clients, including content scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and community engagement
- Coordinate with internal team for making creative post in form of videos and images.
- Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring a consistent voice and brand tone across all platforms.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client social media needs, maintaining clear and consistent communication, presenting progress, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports, using data to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with new trends, platform updates, and industry news to keep strategies fresh and effective.
