Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. As a fresher, you will play a key role in managing and growing our online presence, engaging with the audience, and driving brand awareness through various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies. Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, and short videos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community interactions. Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports. Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams for campaign execution. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and social media best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong passion for social media and digital marketing. Basic understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content. Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
