Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Growth Manager to scale our brand's presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to increase engagement, followers, and overall brand visibility. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media growth strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube. Optimize content strategies to drive organic growth and maximize engagement. Analyze social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to refine strategies. Plan and execute viral marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community engagement initiatives. Work closely with content creators, designers, and video editors to produce high-performing content. Leverage paid promotions and advertising strategies to amplify reach and engagement. Monitor analytics and key performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet growth targets. Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, and algorithm changes. Experiment with new content formats, features, and audience segmentation techniques. Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactive content to build a strong community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite or Sprout Social. Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content marketing skills. Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.

Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a similar role in digital marketing or brand growth. Understanding of SEO and its impact on social media growth. Passion for emerging trends in social media and digital marketing.
