Job Overview :
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to oversee our social media strategy and digital presence. This individual will manage the company's social media accounts, create engaging content, drive audience growth, and enhance brand visibility. The Social Media Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities :
• Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and brand identity.
• Content Creation : Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, that resonates with the target audience.
• Platform Management : Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Community Engagement : Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive online community.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, design) to ensure consistent brand messaging and to support campaign objectives.
• Ad Campaigns : Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, optimizing them for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates, and apply relevant insights to improve the company's social presence.
• Crisis Management : Address negative feedback or PR crises with strategic and timely communication.
Qualifications :
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience : 2-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Experience managing multiple social platforms and familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Skills :
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Ability to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
