We are looking for a Experienced Social Media Manager to help us build and preserve a positive brand image.
You will be responsible for monitoring and managing our company's social media accounts and keeping track of how our brand resonates with our target audience.
We need a person who can improve our company's image by promoting relevant and engaging content.
An ideal candidate will track social media platforms to find out what audiences are saying about our brand.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively monitor and address customer grievances ,issues and trends across various online platforms.
• Conduct in-depth reputation monitoring and analysis to identify areas for improvement and mitigation.
• Develop and implement effective campaigns to promote a positive online reputation.
• Execute tailored online reputation management strategies based on customer needs and industry best practices.
• Track and measure the impact and success of reputation management campaigns using relavant metrics and analytics tools.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends ,technologies and regulations related to online reputation management.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback ,reviews and sentimentals to identify insights and actionable improvements.
• Effectively utilize content management systems,analytics tools,and social media platforms to drie reputation management efforts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree business management,marketing,communications,or a related field.
• 3+years of proven experience in online reputation management or related roles.
• Strong Knowledhe of current trends,techniques,and regulations in online reputation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the abilityto craft compelling content.
• A detail-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Abilty to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in contentmanagement systems,analytics tools and social media management.
