Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and emerging platforms
• Create engaging content that simplifies complex financial concepts for a diverse audience
• Manage and grow our social media communities, fostering meaningful interactions
• Analyze social media metrics and optimize strategies for maximum engagement and ROI
• Collaborate with our investment, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates in the fintech space

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in finance or technology sectors
• Proven track record of growing social media followings and engagement rates
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and content creation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of financial markets; familiarity with unlisted shares is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field
