- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn) to ensure consistency and relevance.
- Create engaging and creative content, including text, image, and video, for social media posts and campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to the brand.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to adjust strategies and improve performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.
